What is the process for manufacturing yarn from recycled materials?
Recycled eco-friendly cotton yarn is a yarn product made by collecting and using scraps or waste fabrics produced in the clothing process as raw materials and reprocessing. Today, let's delve into the production process of environmentally sustainable recycled yarn.
1.Recycled yarn first step:After collecting all kinds of leftovers, the plant will do color classification and material classification and then proceed to the next step.
2.Recycled yarn second step:The sorted fabrics are put into the flowering machine to be broken into raw cotton fibers, and then baled. The fabrics, once sorted, are fed into the blooming machine where they are transformed into individual raw cotton fibers. These fibers are subsequently packaged for future use. Following this, a comprehensive cleansing procedure is conducted, accompanied by the elimination of impurities, and a careful cotton blending stage, ultimately yielding recycled cotton.
3.Recycled yarn third step:Further do a cleaning process, impurity removal process, cotton blending process, and finally form raw cotton. Afterward, the cotton undergoes carding, a step that disintegrates the compact cotton mass into individual fiber strands. This process enhances the fibers' alignment, ensuring they are straight and parallel, while also thoroughly blending the single fibers. The outcome is a consistent, homogeneous cotton sliver ready for further processing.
4.Recycled yarn forth step:In the drawing process, the sliver is drawn, elongated and thinned, mixed and formed into a sliver. The primary objective of this process is to enhance the sliver's uniformity, thereby facilitating the creation of a more consistent and evenly textured yarn. Strive to make the fibers in the sliver more straight and parallel, and finally put them in the sliver barrel for the next production process.
5.Recycled yarn fifth step: Next, a carding process is performed to comb the cotton block into a single fiber state, improve the straight and parallel state of the fibers, mix the single fibers, and finally make a uniform yarn.
